As a Senior Consultant in Credera’s Management Consulting practice, you will tackle clients’ business problems head‑on by leading a small workstream or engagement proportional to your leadership and experience level. You will provide strategic direction to clients, manage project budgets, timelines, issues and risks, and produce high‑quality deliverables.

In this role you will collaborate with strategy, technology and design consultants to define, execute and support key project tasks, interface directly with client stakeholders to ensure client needs are met and share recommendations, and support the continuous growth and development of the firm through internal initiatives.

• Lead small work streams or engagements appropriate to your leadership level.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to clients.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, issues and risks.
• Produce high‑quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional consultants (strategy, technology, design).
• Interface directly with client stakeholders.
• Support internal initiatives to promote firm growth.

• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience or an industry equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of project management and/or technical leadership experience.
• Highly driven professional with a passion for Strategy & Operations, Digital (e.g., Marketing Technology, Customer Experience, eCommerce), Program Leadership and Organizational Change Management.
• Enjoys serving in a client‑facing role and building relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent research, analysis and quantitative capabilities.

Salary range: $95,000 – $135,000. The range is provided for informational purposes only. Credera treats all applicants as individuals, considering professional experience, academic background, specialized training, certifications and associated responsibilities relevant to our industry. Compensation may also include a variable component depending on experience and role.

Employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days a week. We expect team members to spend three days in person, with the choice of days and times that best suit them and their project. Collaboration with the project team balances flexibility with the benefits of in‑person connection.

While most projects do not require extensive travel, some may involve up to 80% travel for a period. The annual average for team members is typically 10%–30%. We consider individual preferences when assigning roles.
