The Vice President of Revenue Management will own and drive Highmark Residential's revenue management strategy across the portfolio, maximizing revenue and NOI growth through pricing strategy, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership with Operations, Marketing, and Asset Management.

Essential functions include (but are not limited to):

• Own and evolve Highmark's revenue management strategy and vision, aligned to company growth and profitability goals
• Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reporting to senior executive leadership on revenue, occupancy, rate, and NOI trends across the portfolio
• Own revenue and NOI performance against budget and forecast, partnering with Finance on portfolio-level budgeting
• Hire, develop, and manage the performance of the Revenue Management team
• Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with revenue management technology platforms and vendors
• Serve as the executive liaison between Revenue Management and Operations, Marketing, and Asset Management
• Analyze market conditions (competitive landscape, new supply, macroeconomic factors) and translate into strategic recommendations
• Drive adoption of revenue management practices and technology across the organization through training and change management leadership
• Present revenue strategy, performance, and recommendations to executive leadership and ownership as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in revenue management, including 5+ years leading a team
• Proven track record developing and executing revenue management strategy across a multi-site portfolio
• Superior analytical, financial modeling, and strategic decision-making skills
• Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership
• Strong cross-functional influence — able to partner effectively with Operations, Marketing, and Asset Management leadership
• Working knowledge of revenue management platforms and pricing systems
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI;
  Comfortable with data-heavy executive requests
• Change management experience — able to drive adoption of new pricing strategy and technology across a large organization
