Machine Operators – Manufacturing Industry

Machine Operator;
Pay:
Competitive, based on experience – Temp‑to‑Hire;

Schedule:

Full‑time, 1st Shift, 2nd and 3rd;
Work Days:
Monday–Friday

• Set up and operate machinery to produce high‑quality parts according to specifications
• Read and follow blueprints, job orders, and production run sheets
• Perform routine machine maintenance, lubrication, and safety checks
• Inspect parts for accuracy and quality throughout production
• Assist with packing, stacking, and transporting finished products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work area

• Prior machine operating experience (cold heading, threading, pointing)
• Ability to use measurement tools: micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, rulers, etc.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
• Ability to read blueprints, job orders, and safety documentation
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and committed to delivering quality work
  
  Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a high‑noise environment
  • Comfortable with manual material handling and repetitive motions
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
  • Good vision and depth perception to meet precision standards
