CNC Shop Assistant

What you’ll do

• Deburr machined parts by removing rough edges and imperfections to help ensure they meet quality standards.
• Wash and prepare parts using industrial equipment for additional processing or assembly.
• Safely load and unload parts and materials in and out of CNC machines.
• Assist machinists with daily production needs to help keep work moving efficiently.
• Follow all established quality procedures and safety standards.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Support other duties as assigned.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to safely handle parts and work around industrial equipment.

• Interest in machine tool technology, CNC operations, manufacturing, or aerospace technology.
• Previous hands on shop, production, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• Comfort working in a production environment and using industrial equipment safely.
• No prior CNC experience is required. On the job training will be provided.
