Position: Associate Manager, Influencer Marketing (Hybrid opportunity)

Grow your career as Associate Manager, Influencer Marketing within ALG Vacations. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for leading the B2C influencer program including the strategy, execution, and optimization of B2C influencer marketing across four travel brands:
Cheap Caribbean, Beach Bound Vacations, Apple Vacations, and Funjet Vacations. This role owns the end to end influencer process, including creative campaign ideation, influencer sourcing and negotiation, partnership management, event and PR trip execution, paid social collaboration, budget oversight, and performance reporting. The Associate Manager will play a key role in bringing innovative, trend-driven influencer strategies to the organization and serve as a key driver of partnerships and culturally relevant ideas to the organization.

Essential

Functions
  • Ideate and bring to life unique, creative influencer campaigns that feel culturally relevant and trend-forward.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with both travel and non-travel influencers across multiple platforms.
  • Manage all communications with influencers including contracts, travel arrangements, and marketing deliverables.
  • Create pitch decks and coordinate with partnership marketing and resort partners for on property stays.
  • Coordinate all influencer travel and briefing.
  • Create recap decks, analyze performance and provide insights on future campaigns.
Own and Drive Non‑Travel Partnerships
  • Identify new influencer strategies including sourcing and working with influencers who are posting without traveling. Guide the direction for talking points and monitor and report on performance.
Cross‑Functional Implementation of Influencer Content
  • Drive cross functional implementation of influencer content to increase brand awareness and usage.
  • Manage influencer landing pages with content and email teams.
  • Manage SEO tests in collaboration with performance marketing team.
  • Work closely with paid social team and agency.
  • Work closely with email team to implement influencer content.
  • Work with AB testing team on new ideas for influencer content implementation.
Creator Paid Social Content
  • Ideate and create all necessary assets for paid social to drive engagement.
  • Work directly with the paid social channel manager on strategies.
  • Work with agency partners to turn out monthly content in a timely manner to share with the paid social team.
  • Manage and maintain tracking document of usage rights for paid social team.
Events, PR Trips & Activations
  • Lead influencer event strategy and execution, including ideation, planning, and on‑site management.
  • Manage and organize influencer events in major U.S. markets.
  • Support and execute large‑scale PR trips, including coordination with internal teams and external resort and destination partners in partnership with agencies.
  • Coordinate influencer travel, accommodations, itineraries, and on‑site activities in partnership with internal teams and external agencies.
Budget and Operations
  • Own influencer marketing budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Manage influencer payments, vendor setup, marketing credit card coding, and financial tracking.
Reporting
  • Track and report on influencer performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Analyze campaign results and deliver detailed recaps and insights to stakeholders.
  • Work with analytics team on UTM tracking and reporting.
  • Evaluate campaigns and future decisions based on data and performance.
Nobel Beach Prize Influencer Program
  • Source NBP judges.
  • Coordinate judging program with content team.
  • Assist with the Nobel Beach Prize influencer program, including campaign execution and reporting.
Trend Focus & Creativity
  • Stay ahead of influencer, social, and cultural trends and proactively bring new ideas, platforms, and partnership opportunities to the organization.
  • Explore new platforms, emerging creators, and innovative deliverables to evolve influencer programs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2‑4 years of influencer or social media marketing/communications experience.
