We are looking for a Strategic Planner to contribute to the construction of the Garnier brand, with briefs and strong ideas for this international client. Based in Paris, this position is an opportunity to learn, progress, and produce remarkable work within an internationally acclaimed agency. You will work alongside creative, account, and data teams to transform insights into impactful strategy and effective campaigns, culturally anchored.

We are looking for someone curious, with a solid analytical capacity, able to bring clarity, freshness of thought, and insights to the reflection.

• Develop briefs based on insights, strategic frameworks, and recommendations for the Garnier brand.
• Analyze and interpret consumer behaviors, culture, social conversations, and the competitive landscape in the beauty sector.
• Work closely with creative teams to shape ideas from the brief to delivery.
• Present the strategic thinking clearly and convincingly to clients and teams.
• Contribute to workshops, ideation sessions, and pitches.
• Measure what works and identify levers for optimization.

Experience & Skills Required

• 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic planning, brand strategy, communications planning, or a similar role in an agency.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong mastery of branding, consumer behavior, communications, digital culture, and AI.
• Ability to transform research, weak signals, and complexity into clear strategic direction.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience in integrated campaigns, international brands, and the beauty sector is a plus.
