Media Coordinator

As an integral member of the European media team, the Media Coordinator will support the seamless execution and consistent improvement of 360 media campaigns for the European region, in addition to supporting the measurement, reporting, and optimization of Tiffany & Co. Europe's media investments.

This role is designed for a proactive, analytical, energetic candidate with strong numeracy skills and a passion for data-driven insights. The successful candidate will support with extracting, analyzing, and presenting data from media campaigns and competitive activity, helping the team make informed decisions and continuously improve campaign effectiveness. This internship offers significant opportunity to expand analytical expertise in a luxury media environment.

We are seeking a candidate who is highly interested in culture, people, luxury, and the intersection of media, data analysis and technology.

Principal Responsibilities :

Media Investment Tracking :
Data Management and Reporting

• First point of contact for the collection and analysis of media investment data from our media agency. Proficiency in Excel, capable of quickly using functions such as pivot tables, conditional formatting, and VLOOKUP.
• First point of contact between Tiffany & Co. and our media agency regarding the process of data collection and cleaning to ensure consistency and accuracy in data management.
• Daily maintenance of a log of campaign pace and investments to provide feedback to the media team. Critical optimizations for the business will be regularly made to campaigns based on your findings.
• Aggregation of post-campaign metrics into our dashboard to keep campaign references updated in our media plans over time.

Campaign Launch in Print and Out-of-Home Media :
Creative Resource Management

• Key liaison with our creative resource production agency, tracking and managing the production schedule of resources for print and out-of-home media channels, to ensure timely delivery of all resources to our print and out-of-home media partners, including managing changes to creative resources for specific OOH sites (e.g., CDG Airport, Le Bon Marché).

Management of Selected Creative Gazettes for Client Advisors
• Enhancing client advisors' skills to optimize their communication strategies: helping to create and coordinate communication guidelines for their individual and social client interactions, ensuring a polished, on-brand, and harmonized approach. Guarantee of regular delivery of gazettes for key retail initiatives.

Coordination
• Participation in meetings between the TCO Media team and the media agency, as well as meetings between the TCO Europe Media team and our regional teams.
• Taking detailed notes, distributing them to stakeholders, and following up on key actions.
• Ensuring all invoices are received, accurate, recorded, and paid on time.
• Managing the reporting calendar by sending reminders and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Monitoring major competitor advertising messages. If possible, analyzing their innovative media initiatives to understand creative trends and innovations in the luxury sector, as well as the resulting opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in English and French (at a level allowing for reliable and quick translations)
  • Passion for writing (French/English)
  • Excellent communication skills and a flexible and friendly client management style
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to set priorities and make informed decisions in a constantly evolving environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint essential
  • At least 6 months of relevant professional experience. Examples:
    Production Coordinator, Project Manager, Production Assistant, etc. preferred.
  • Degree from a business school or university (specializing in communication).
