Marketing & Content Analyst

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing & Content Analyst to own and elevate Beloy's brand presence across channels. You will be responsible for producing high-quality content, managing our social media presence, supporting PR efforts, and contributing to lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.

This is a generalist marketing role with a strong creative component. Working closely with our Senior Design & Marketing Manager and the leadership team you will have real ownership over what you build.

What you will do

• Execute Beloy's content calendar across Linked In and other channels
• Write and produce content across formats, posts, articles, newsletters, SEO content, and more
• Create visuals, graphics, and video content that reflect our brand and messages
• Support PR efforts including press outreach, awards submissions, and media relations
• Contribute to lead generation initiatives and track performance
• Help build and maintain Beloy's brand voice consistently across all touchpoints

• Min. 5 years of experience in a marketing, content, or communications role, in a startup or fast-paced environment. An additional 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English (reading, speaking, and writing) is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with content creation across social media, like Linked In
• Comfortable with design and visual tools (Figma, Framer, Adobe Suite or similar)
• Autonomous, organised, and not afraid to take ownership

Nice to have

• Video production and motion design experience is a strong plus
• PR experience is a strong plus
