• Veille sectorielle quotidienne des clients et de leur environnement
• Rédaction d'outils presse (communiqué de presse, dossier de presse, infographie, fichier presse, etc.)
• Traduction et adaptation d'outils presse depuis l'anglais (communiqué de presse, tribune, dossier de presse, etc.)
• Gestion de la relation avec les parties prenantes (journalistes, influenceurs, leaders d'opinion, etc.): relances, organisation et suivi d'interviews
• Soutien dans la gestion de projets: sourcing et interface avec les prestataires, rédaction des outils de communication (invitation, éléments de langage, deck de présentation, point presse, visite de sites, ect. )
• Élaboration de bilans d'activité et mise à jour des reportings
• Participation à l'élaboration de stratégies et contribution à la rédaction de propositions d'accompagnement pour des clients nationaux et internationaux.

• You are pursuing a Bac +3/4/5 in a school of journalism, communication or commerce, but not only.
• You are motivated, enthusiastic and eager to learn
• You are creative, curious and attentive to what surrounds you
• You like to follow the news
• You have good writing skills and you are recognized for your analytical and synthesis skills
• You are a force of proposal and you enjoy working in a team
• You are not afraid to pick up the phone to contact a journalist or a partner
• Your English is fluent (written/oral)
• You master the Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• A first experience in the PR universe in an agency or with the advertiser would be a plus.

You do not necessarily have all the qualities combined, but above all, you are motivated and you want to learn.
