Communication Internship At Onepoint

THE ROLE Within the Onepoint communication team, you will take part in the preparation of the Revolution Summit, a major event for the company (+3500 people). At the heart of the setup, you will contribute directly to the success of an ambitious project, with high internal and external visibility.

This internship will allow you to orchestrate the work of many professions and stakeholders:

• Creative studio, editorial, communication, marketing, sales teams, legal, event management...
• Media and AI technology partners involved in the event

You will develop agency reflexes (rhythm, coordination, creative demand) and a consulting/tech culture (business issues, AI transformation, publisher partnerships).

Daily missions:

• Operational support for the preparation and deployment of the Revolution Summit communication
• Tracking the retro-planning and to-dos, participation in project meetings, follow-ups, and coordination of actions
• Coordination of communication assets with the studio (visuals, videos, emails, signage...) and follow-up of validations
• Online and update of the event website (Word Press) in conjunction with the editorial team
• Follow-up of media and technology partnerships: deliverables, agreements, links with sales and legal teams
• Monitoring of communication plan KPIs (Salesforce, social media campaigns) and preparation of synthetic reports
• Event and AI/agency intelligence to feed and challenge the communication plan
• Support of the project coordination team

PROFILE AND KEY COMPETENCIES

You are currently pursuing a higher education in Communication and/or digital marketing:
Master 1 or 2 from a type of communication school (such as CELSA), IEP, business school, or equivalent university training.

You are available to start in September or October 2026.

You will be working on a 360° communication project, mobilizing very varied levers. Previous experience in a company (internship or apprenticeship) is therefore appreciated.

You are sensitive to the current issues and practices in the fields of brand content, digital marketing, social media, media relations & influence, event management, design...

With good communication skills (open-mindedness and listening), you have good writing skills and you are proficient in English.

With a good ability to relate, you show adaptability and you know how to work in a team. You are rigorous, autonomous, you know how to take a step back and you have the ability to work in an open and highly responsible ecosystem. You manage your stress and your time in a context of tight deadlines.
