The Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve client objectives.

• Strategic Campaign Planning: Develop and fine‑tune digital marketing strategies for display, search, and video campaigns, ensuring alignment with company and client objectives.
• Campaign Implementation: Guarantee campaigns' smooth setup and deployment across relevant platforms, utilizing top-tier tools and technologies.
• Performance Monitoring: Track campaign KPIs, creating consistent reports that deliver insights into performance metrics and ROI.

• 3+ years of deep experience running paid ads, with a preference for those with experience in service businesses.

• Mastery of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
