We support the development of hotel spas by piloting their marketing, commercial, and operational strategy.

In a context of growth, we are looking for an intern to support the performance of several establishments.

• Online and optimization of offers (website/marketplace)
• Participation in the creation of marketing campaigns (key dates, seasonality)
• Coordination with agencies (social media, ads, CRM)
• Participation in the organization of shootings and creation of RS contents
• Creation and writing of contents (video montage, offers, newsletters, various digital supports)

• Participation in the management of CRM campaigns (emailing, automation) with our agency
• Analysis of campaign performances

• Follow-up of spa performances (offers, attendance, revenue)
• Identification of optimization axes
• Participation in the implementation of commercial actions

• Interface with spa teams
• Follow-up of the correct implementation of marketing actions
• Competitive vigilance and benchmarks

• Student in Master 2 (business school, marketing or equivalent)
• First experience in marketing (internship or alternance)
• Interest in wellness, beauty, or hospitality universes
