MEDIA FUTURES GROUP (MFG) is the dedicated team for Google, which adopts a strategic, creative, and integrated approach to media to influence business results. The MFG team operates fully integrated with strategy, planning, experts, relying on data and technology analysis. Members of the MFG team are particularly curious, collaborative, and constantly seeking excellence.

Introduction and Context of the Position:

You join the Planning team on the Google account, responsible for 360 media planning (Online and Offline) on branding objectives.

Distributed within an innovative product vertical, you intervene from the strategic recommendation of levers to the end-of-campaign assessment. This collaborative and agile role requires a high capacity for adaptation in the face of budget pivots of one of the most reactive advertisers in the advertising industry.

Main Missions:

  • Tactical Media Recommendation 360:
    Design strategies and orchestrate multi-media (Online and Offline) media plans following client briefs, ensuring the relevance and effectiveness of budget allocation.
  • International Coordination:
    Ensure daily and fluid exchanges with your counterparts from the MFG team based in London to align and adapt media plans.
  • Operational Campaign Management:
    Rigorously inform and manage campaign financial data in the dedicated media platform to track budgets.
  • Internal Interface:
    Coordinate campaign launches and performance analysis with specialized teams in activation (Search, Social, Programmatic), strategy, and analytics.

Profile Sought:

  • Experience:

    At least 4 years in a media agency as an Account Manager, or a successful and autonomous senior Account Executive profile, motivated by a perspective of evolution.
  • Media Knowledge:
    Good mastery of online and offline media channels.
  • Languages:

    Fluent English (written and spoken) mandatory to communicate with the MFG hub in London.
  • Personal Qualities:
    Rigor, attention to detail, analytical spirit oriented towards figures, and ease with PowerPoint and Excel.
