Assistant Marketing Products Intern (F/H)

The company pays particular attention to the reputation and attractiveness of its portfolio of brands (called Franchises). These benefit from marketing campaigns, timed throughout the year. The offer of Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and 20th Century Studios derived products extends to all categories and is distributed in all distribution networks. Disney works with well-known licensees of the general public such as LEGO, Hasbro, Kiabi, Danone, and Hachette.

The Disney Consumer Products department, a leader in its field, is responsible for the development and support of sales of Derived Products (toys, textiles, video games, books, etc.) in various distribution networks:
Large Distribution, Specialized Stores, and Pure Players in the French market.

Within the Marketing and Retail team, you will be integrated into all projects led by Key Account Managers in charge of Specialized Stores (Micromania, King Jouet, Kiabi, La Halle, Undiz, Celio…).

You will have a 360-degree, very professional and complete vision of the promotional activations conducted in these stores.

You will work on the following clients:

• Specialists in toys (JouéClub, King Jouet, La Grande Récré, Smyths Toys)
• Specialists in textiles and home (Kiabi, La Halle, Undiz, Celio, Conforama…)
• New circuits

Your main missions will be:

• Helping in the development of retail offers and operations (stores and online):
  Promotions, contests, animations on social networks, etc. to support all Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars product lines in line with the objectives of the Company
• Coordinating trade marketing projects with internal teams and external service providers:
  Briefs and creative follow-ups for the entire Retail team (PLV, web banners and social networks, elements for store and web animations: games, coloring books…) Digital marketing teams, PR, etc.
• Agencies of communications, printers, logistics platforms, etc.
• Following up on operations with the stores (King Jouet, JouéClub, Kiabi, La Halle, Undiz, Celio, etc.)
• Preparing reports, KPI, and uploads
• Helping in the coordination of retail events:
  Store salons, Licensing Meeting

• Student in Master 1 or 2 Commercial / Marketing-Communication
• Mastery of the Office Pack (especially PowerPoint)
• Affinity with Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars brands, or any other pop culture universe
• Creative mind
• Good written and spoken English
• Autonomy, initiative, managing several projects at the same time
• Corporate spirit and synthesis, ease of communication orally and in writing
• Affinity with the world of toys and fashion is a plus
• Previous experience in the marketing world is highly appreciated
