  • Marketing assets management and selection
  • Within the briefs, you will be responsible for identifying and selecting relevant assets from our AEM intranet, then transmitting them to the agency. You will need to navigate the tool efficiently and ensure the provision of assets that are appropriate and consistent with project needs.
  • Supporting the selection, adaptation, and validation of assets according to PC9 product assortments, ensuring their relevance and coherence with Wholesale assortments and campaign objectives.

  • Managing campaign reporting autonomously: data collection, consolidation, and analysis.
  • Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPI) such as activation performance, visibility, execution quality, etc.
  • Producing clear, structured, and actionable post-activation reports.
  • Logistics management & field coordination
  • Participating in the management of product orders necessary for activations.
  • Contributing to the logistics coordination of activations: tracking deliveries, managing boutique shipments, verifying the proper receipt of materials.
  • Supporting field coordination: communication with store teams, information feedback, monitoring activation execution.
  • Ownership & prioritization
  • Ensuring a balanced distribution between Retail and Wholesale tasks, prioritizing actions efficiently and autonomously.
  • Maintaining and updating Channel tools: calendar, contact files, SharePoint, databases, project folders, asset libraries, etc.
  • Market benchmarking & market watch
  • Contributing to market benchmarking and market inspiration research.
  • Ensuring regular updates of market watch materials.
  • Content creation & local adaptations
  • Supporting content creation (presentations, simple copywriting adaptations).
