Job Overview
This role combines creative marketing expertise with strategic content leadership to enable Google’s AI products and solutions. As a Creative in Marketing and Global Content Manager, you will work across design, copy, and experience teams to produce compelling visual, written, and experiential assets that communicate the value of AI for customers and sales teams.

- Create, own, and maintain a comprehensive bill of materials—including pitch decks, solution briefs, competitive intelligence, and customer stories—to showcase Google’s AI solutions in global business plays, major events, and GTM initiatives.
- Develop and refine messaging for senior‑level and executive audiences, demonstrating a command of both technology and its strategic business implications.
- Translate technical AI insights and new model launches into engaging, high‑impact stories and visual assets for customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement teams to design and deliver training on new content and business plays, ensuring the field can confidently articulate Google’s AI narrative.
- Assist with management, tagging, and tracking of assets within sales portals to keep content discoverable, effective, and continuously improving.
- Partner with leaders across Global Practice, Product, and Go‑To‑Market teams to translate technical insights into actionable context for differentiated, business‑focused conversations with practitioners and executives.
- Inspire vendor partners, cross‑functional teams, and internal stakeholders through clear direction, creative feedback, and a collaborative, problem‑solving mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related role focusing on enterprise software technology.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud technology.
- Experience with AI, cloud console, and experimenting with foundation models, including understanding of the developer or data scientist workflow (model training/inference, agent building capabilities, and associated infrastructure).
- Experience structuring messaging tailored for technical practitioners and C‑level business leaders.
- Ability to command a room, articulate complex ideas simply, and build credibility with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and sales in a fluid, global environment.
- Ability to grow in a dynamic environment and collaborate to drive projects to completion.
US: $171,000 ‑ $248,000 USD + 20% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits.
