Assist the Marketing Manager in building marketing plans to drive sales through new product innovation, PR, media & events. Support the collaboration with the International Marketing team to translate regional strategy & ambitions into local and channel specific activations.
What You'll Be Working OnSupport the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns:
- Support the Marketing Manager in developing annual and campaign-specific marketing plans.
- Assist in building and executing 360° activation plans for priority launches and strategic campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign implementation across multiple touchpoints, including paid media, PR, influencer marketing, and events.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative team to ensure all campaign assets are delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with external vendors to produce marketing materials, PR mailers, events, and promotional tools.
- Partner with the Trade Marketing team to ensure consistency and synergy across paid media, in-store, online, and earned media activations.
- Track campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution.
Support PR, influencer & event activations:
- Coordinate the execution of PR and influencer plans in partnership with the local PR agency.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with agency partners and serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing projects.
- Support influencer identification, briefing, content approvals, and campaign execution.
- Coordinate annual seeding programs, including product allocation, shipment tracking, and performance follow-up.
- Support the localization of press materials and campaign toolkits.
- Lead the operational execution of local brand events, retailer events, and influencer experiences
Coordinate paid media activations and organic seeding:
- Support the implementation of paid media campaigns in partnership with retailers and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the International Marketing team to understand campaign objectives, media strategies, and asset requirements.
- Brief creative teams and coordinate the delivery of campaign assets.
- Monitor campaign implementation and ensure timely execution with Sephora ME.
- Track campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Develop brand visibility at retailer:
- Develop campaign toolkits and social media assets for retailer partners.
- Build recommendations to maximize brand visibility across retailer-owned social media, CRM, and digital platforms.
- Support the development of retailer-specific activation opportunities to increase awareness and engagement throughout the year.
- Monitor brand representation across retailer channels and ensure consistency with brand standards.
Reporting & market intelligence:
- Monitor campaign performance across channels.
- Prepare post-campaign analyses, including activation recaps, sales performance reviews, key learnings, and recommendations.
- Track brand visibility and execution quality across retailer ecosystems.
- Monitor competitor activity, emerging trends, and best practices to identify opportunities for future activations.
