For our headquarter in Paris we are looking for an Intern in Project Management Marketing.

About the Position (German speaker only)

We are looking for the person who will support our Project Manager in the daily communication with our partner brands, assuring optimum media coverage. You will have the chance to interact with various brands from the beauty industry whilst developing well-tailored marketing solutions that feed into our partners individual goals. You will work across a variety of interdisciplinary tasks, supporting different areas of the team with a strong focus on the German market.

Located in Paris, your tasks are as follows:

Project Management & Marketing

• Media planning:
  You manage the implementation of the media plan for our partner brands (print, social media, newsletter), create briefings for editorial and graphic content and work closely with our teams and the partner brands
• Editorials:
  You support the editorial communication around our partnerships, from briefings to writing texts for partner-related content and communication materials
• Brand research:
  You conduct cross medial brand research and help identify relevant beauty, lifestyle and trend-driven brands for the German market

Brand Analysis, Research & Strategic Support

• Brand Analysis:
  You conduct surveys and reports for internal and external purposes and draw derivations from them for future cooperations
• Internal planning:
  You also support the team with research and summary tasks related to the German market, helping to collect insights, structure information and contribute perspectives

Social Media & Influence

Besides your Project Management tasks, social networks hold no secrets for you, and you are able to put forward proposals for the selection of beauty and lifestyle influencers and the creation of high-impact social media content on the German market.

• Contents:
  You support the social media team with operational tasks, while also taking over your own responsibilities for the German account. You're also comfortable with social media content creation (Voice & Video)
• Influencer support:
  You support the influencer team by researching suitable German profiles and identifying creators who fit our brand, campaigns and partner activations

Your Profile:

• You are currently studying in your bachelor or master degree. We appreciate applications from anyone with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset – whether you study marketing, social sciences or any other field
• You have at least 6 months of time to support our team
• You are (native) German speaker. Very good English skills are necessary & French is a plus!
• You are responsive and have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• You are able to manage projects independently
• You are creative, pragmatic and like to think outside the box
