About The Role
In the Global Communications department, within the Integrated Media Corporate (Paid, Owned, Earned) team, you will work closely with the Head of International Press Relations Studies on all its governance functions with monitoring agencies and in connection with local press and influence teams (markets) and international divisions (Fashion, PB, HJ, Vips, Corporate, Arts and Culture, 19M).
Your Impact At ChanelMONITORING:
DAILY CORPORATE INTERNATIONAL PRESS REVIEW:
Manage the subscriber list. Update monitoring topics and keywords with the agency. Act in support for the daily validation.
FRANCE PRESS WATCH:
Support the France press teams in their daily monitoring in connection with the agency. Ensure the update of TV alert keywords with the 3 divisions and the agency.
INFLUENCE WATCH:
Support the press teams in the monitoring of influence (watch, selection of posts/stories to evaluate) via an influence monitoring platform.
GOVERNANCE & STUDIES:
CLIPPINGS PLATFORM MANAGEMENT:
Follow up on access (approx. 160 PR users internally). Manage the platform, the folder tree, and archiving.
CHANEL VISIBILITY REPORTS:
Coordinate the requests of the divisions with the agency in charge of international PR visibility reports./ CR weekly with the agency. Update the annual planning of studies. Ensure the annual consolidation of the results of these studies by division. Follow the budget by division.
CHANEL VS COMPETITION VISIBILITY REPORTS:
Coordinate the requests of the divisions with the agency in charge of RP Chanel vs competition data and reports/ CR weekly with the agency. Coordinate with PR teams of the divisions the topics to follow to transmit them to the agency.
Update the selection of titles/websites and brands to follow by market and division. Perform the synthesis presentation of international results 1st semester and annual (power point).
INFLUENCE:
Coordinate the requests of the divisions and markets with the agency in charge of influence monitoring/ weekly point with the agency.
Prospect new agencies to always be aware of new technological innovations, methodology...
KPI:
Update the glossary of KPIs by type of media and by agency.
You have a particular interest in the field of press and social networks in their international dimension. You want to work in an environment requiring rigor and curiosity.
