Directeur.rice Artistique

In the context of a temporary reinforcement within the Marketing & Communication department, we are looking for a Director Artistique to accompany the radiance of the Epsilon France brand. You will intervene on the brand's supports and speeches (and not on the agency's client projects) in order to guarantee a coherent, impactful, and faithful visual expression to our data, marketing, and technological positioning.

Your missions:

Ensure the visual coherence of the corporate supports produced during the period (in respect of the existing charter)
Intervene in artistic direction and in the production of communication & marketing deliverables (graphic breakdowns, event and digital supports, brand content)
Provide an expert view and DA arbitrations on ongoing productions (visual relectures, recommendations, validations)
Ensure smooth coordination with the marketing / communication teams on the assigned topics

Supervise an intern in Artistic Direction (prioritization, feedback, validation of deliverables)
Support the team as per projects

Profile sought:

You have proven experience in artistic direction, ideally acquired within an agency, a studio, or an integrated marketing / communication team. You know how to translate a brand platform into coherent visual territories, produce demanding supports, and accompany corporate speeches with accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency. Comfortable in B2B, data, marketing, or technological environments, you combine creative vision, execution rigor, and the ability to work transversally.
