Job Description
Reporting to the EVP of Brand Marketing – Europe, and based in Paris, you will play a key role in the planning and management of all marketing plans in the Europe region for Ennismore's luxury brands in Europe. Your scope will cover both new openings and existing establishments, working primarily on the brands Mondrian, Hyde, SLS, and Morgans Originals.
Your mission will be to:
- Translate and bring to life the global brand vision at the level of European properties,
- Inspire and support local marketing teams in the creation of memorable content and cultural activations,
- Lead the launches and marketing plans for openings to make our hotels must-visit destinations and generators of "brand love".
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support marketing thinking in service of the business: in close collaboration with local marketing teams and General Managers of hotels in your scope, ensure that marketing plans maximize the financial success of all segments (rooms, MICE, wellness, and F&B), and if necessary, design quick action plans responding to priority issues.
- Management of launches and opening strategies: support the opening teams by preparing the launch plans of new properties, promoting successful commercial results, good reputation, and immediate positioning of the hotels (as well as their restaurants and bars) as must-visit places in the local scene.
- Building and animating the marketing network: actively participate in the recruitment of marketing profiles within the hotels in your scope to ensure the hiring of the best talents, not forgetting to spend time on-site with them for onboarding, the transmission of the brand's DNA and methodology, and stimulating their creativity.
- Bringing together the local terrain and the global vision: play a role as a connector between the hotels and the headquarters of the brands to ensure respect for standards, identity, and the use of brand toolkits, while also immersing yourself in the local specificities of each hotel. You will also be in contact with other regional Brand Directors to share our talents.
- Optimizing the digital part and establishing strategic partnerships: work closely with e-commerce teams to optimize the content and performance of our major direct channel (), and at the same time, imagine and deploy innovative local or regional collaborations to feed our storytelling and expand our community.
Qualifications
The profile we are looking for:
- You have solid experience in managing a global marketing strategy, with a strong love for bold ideas, content creation, and community connection.
- You are as comfortable with data analysis as you are with appreciating and evaluating graphic creation or an artistic concept, commenting on them with the same passion and rigor.
- You communicate with the same assurance and ease on digital, legal subjects, and briefing a press agency.
- Very organized, able to manage several projects and openings simultaneously, you know how to prioritize your tasks.

- Join a growing group at the forefront of digital trends and innovation in hospitality.
