We’re partnering with our client, a dynamic marketing organization, to find a skilled Marketing Project Coordinator. This temporary role with 1+ years duration is based on-site and requires 3–5 years of email marketing experience. The position involves managing email campaigns, analyzing performance data, and supporting marketing automation efforts. • Collaborate with team members to understand communication timelines and business goals.
• Assist in executing email campaigns, including list uploads, data extension management, testing, and optimization.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to email deployment and platform functionalities.
• Ensure targeted and timely delivery of campaigns to the appropriate audiences.
• Use analytics to monitor performance, identify issues, and optimize results continuously.

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in email marketing and automation.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms, with Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience being highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing environments is desirable.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical, creative, and business teams.
