This is a great alternative to 12/48-hour shifts, where you can put your IV skills and expertise to the greatest use.
Applicants should have excellent IV skills, maintain CPR certifications, and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IV sticks. Applicants should also have a desire to help clients improve their health and quality of life. Compensation for this position is hourly plus tips.
Summary:
An IV Specialist’s key role is to ensure clients are provided with intravenous medication and other fluids harmlessly. It is pertinent for infusion nurses to maintain a strict and detailed focus as they monitor the client’s infusions. Keen awareness and knowledge of infusion sets and venous and arterial catheters are critical.
- Administer IV Therapy and IM Injections to deliver vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants for health and wellness.
- Educate and answer questions to clients about the benefits of IV therapies, hydration, cocktails, and any other services offered at IV Bars.
- Ensure all required paperwork is filled out for new and existing customers.
- Promote memberships and wellness services based on client needs.
- Maintain inventory and cleanliness of the clinic.
- Excellent IV skills with at least 2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records.
- Ability to work with a diverse clientele.
- Reliable self‑starter.
