Hospitalist Role at L'Hôpital Fondation Adolphe de Rothschild

You will join the ORL, Ophthalmology, and Hospital Medicine hospitalization service, which includes 32 beds.

The team consists of 5 nurses on a rotational basis.

Your missions will include:

• Welcome, inform, orient, and install patients
• Care for adult and child patients
• Provide relational care (hygiene and comfort care, maintenance, continuity of life, helping relationship…), ensure the quality of the patient's environment, and ensure their education related to their intervention
• Manage acute and chronic pain
• Monitor medication intake, diet, and follow-up (fluid intake, digestive and urinary elimination)
• Supervise trainees.

Integration period of one month in tandem with an experienced nurse from the service.

Contract:

Full-time permanent position.

Hours:

Day shift in 12-hour cycles: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM - with 1 to 2 weekends per month.

Transport:
At the foot of Parc des Buttes Chaumont, line 2 and 5 Jaurès or line 2 Colonel Fabien.

Remuneration:

• According to experience, range between 2,895.98 euros gross and 3,695.22 euros gross (CCN 51 / Indemnity Ségur 1 and 2, seniority credit) including a Sunday premium.

• Welcome bonus of 3,900 euros gross, recruitment bonus, dressing/undressing bonus, transmission bonus.
• Daytime overtime paid at 125% and a flat rate for night overtime.
