Bristol Hospice is seeking an Admissions Nurse to establish and maintain relationships with customers and referral sources to expand hospice access in the community. The RN will coordinate admissions, review patient information for hospice needs, and educate patients and families on plans of care.
The role requires an active RN license, 1+ year nursing experience (or a BSN from an NLN-accredited program) and travel up to 20%.
