Performs contract management operations

• Processes ongoing file treatments
• Updates customer files
• Reimburses benefits

Handles simple client and/or PS complaints

• Processes and follows up on simple complaints within the stipulated time frame, transmitted to the relevant management entities

Ensures control and follow-up of ongoing files

• Verifies the completeness and accuracy of data and/or actions performed
• Alerts the appropriate level in case of identified risks/anomalies
• Applies the procedures and standards in force in its domain

Participates in the follow-up of service quality and customer satisfaction

• Contributes to the quality of the customer journey
• Handles requests related to contracts and benefits within its scope
• Qualifies the client's need, collects necessary information for request processing
• Ensures the accuracy and quality of data processed

Ideally, you hold a BAC/BAC+2 degree and have first-hand experience in the health insurance field or alternatively, administrative experience in a high-productivity environment.

You are eager to learn and wish to explore a diverse profession with operational missions focused on customer satisfaction. Rigor, organization, and proficiency in office tools are your strengths!

A first experience in the field is desirable but what truly matters is your mindset - desire to learn, curiosity, and a customer service attitude.

Fixed salary: 24,290 K€ gross annual
