Loan Servicing
North Dallas, TX | Onsite | $30-$35/hour
About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a growing title and closing services organization that supports real estate transactions across Texas and multiple additional states. This is a newly created position within a small, experienced Texas team. It combines hands-on title and escrow support with responsibility for helping keep the North Dallas office running smoothly.
While some front-office responsibilities are part of the role, this is not intended to remain a traditional receptionist position. The right person will receive broad cross-training, direct mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into greater responsibility as the Texas operation expands.
What You’ll Do
- Support title and escrow files throughout different stages of the transaction.
- Assist with title commitments, pro forma policies, searches, closing documentation, and file maintenance.
- Review contracts and help track important dates, documents, and outstanding items.
- Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, lenders, agents, underwriters, and other transaction participants.
- Help verify information, coordinate documentation, and keep files moving toward closing.
- Provide front-desk coverage, greet visitors, receive deliveries, manage mail, and support general office needs.
- Cross-train with teammates and help cover other functions when someone is out or priorities shift.
- Serve as a dependable in-office presence while staying closely connected with the broader team through Microsoft Teams, email, and phone.
What We’re Looking For
- Approximately 2–5 years of title and/or escrow experience; candidates with roughly 18 months of strong, relevant experience may also be considered.
- A working understanding of title processes, escrow terminology, underwriting, and the general lifecycle of a real estate transaction.
- Experience supporting title commitments, closing documents, title searches, policies, or escrow files.
- Strong communication skills and the judgment to work effectively with both experienced clients and people who need more guidance.
- Comfort working independently without constant supervision while remaining communicative and team-oriented.
- A genuine willingness to handle both transactional work and day-to-day office responsibilities.
- Curiosity, adaptability, positive energy, and an interest in building a long-term career in the title industry.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week in North Dallas.
Why This Role Stands Out
You won’t be limited to one repetitive step of the title process. This team believes in cross-training, sharing responsibilities, and helping employees develop a broader understanding of the business.
You’ll work closely with an experienced leader who is highly invested in teaching and development—but who also trusts people to take ownership of their work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid title or escrow foundation who wants greater exposure, autonomy, and room to grow.
