At Myers Home Buyers, our mission is to transform real estate agents into real estate investors. This is the highest-paid seat on that path: 60% payout on every deal you source, inside a brokerage returning 90% of commission dollars to agents (80% direct + 10% revenue-share pool).

The job, in one line: you buy houses on behalf of Myers. Find and negotiate off-market properties directly with sellers — Myers funds every purchase, so you bring the skill, not the capital. Our sales team and buyer network close what you land. DFW market, 3,000+ company transactions.

Your growth path is mapped from day one:
Acquisitions (60% payout) → Team Lead (50% split + 6-level revenue share, Level 1 = 25% of pool credit monthly) → Investor, buying your own properties. You can become an investor at any stage. Five income streams: commissions, wholesale fees, fix & flip, rentals, revenue share. Traditional MLS deals too, under the same split.
