Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an entry-level Temporary Data Entry Research Specialist to support a short-term research project for a client in the waste and sustainability industry. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing in-depth online research and data entry tasks. The position is fully onsite in Addison, TX, with a consistent weekday schedule.
Position OverviewThe Temporary Data Entry Research Specialist will focus on conducting online research to identify companies that can service reusable crates. This role requires strong internet navigation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay focused on repetitive research and data entry activities while meeting daily productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct online research to identify companies that service reusable crates
- Perform deep-dive internet searches to gather accurate and relevant company information
- Enter, organize, and maintain data in spreadsheets or databases
- Verify company details, including services offered, locations, and contact information
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Meet project deadlines and daily productivity expectations
- Follow established research and data entry guidelines
- Ability and willingness to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Tech-savvy with strong internet research and navigation skills
- Comfortable with basic data entry and spreadsheet tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable and able to commit to the full project duration
