Internship In Research And Development (R&D)
We are looking for a passionate R&D intern in nutrition and innovation. You will be integrated into our team based in Paris and will actively participate in the continuous improvement of our nutritional bars and the development of new recipes in line with market trends. You will also conduct tests at our production site in Picardie.
Main Missions:
- Participate in specialized fairs to identify new trends and innovations in the field of nutritional bars.
- Conduct in-depth research to monitor market evolutions and consumer expectations.
- Select 2-3 promising trends and design bench trials to test new recipes.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to adjust formulations and optimize products based on trial results.
- Help improve our nutritional bars by conducting comparative studies on predefined ingredients (fibers, collagen, glycerol…).
- Perform laboratory tests to evaluate new references and select the most effective improvements.
Profile We Are Looking For:
- Student in the final year of a Master’s in Food Science and Technology, Nutrition, Food Chemistry, or equivalent.
- Strong interest in the nutrition sector and product innovation.
- Analytical and synthesis skills to interpret market trends, trial results, supplier data….
- Initiative, curiosity, and creativity to develop new ideas.
- Teamwork and good communication skills.
- Availability for occasional trips to our production plant in Picardie.
