We are looking for a Shift Leader.

Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set the morale and tone of the team. They provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision. Our teams ensure the quality of the food and beverages we serve and maintain a safe and clean store environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days, including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a Serv Safe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver’s license (preferred but not always required at all locations) and meet driving qualifications as required by Company policy
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
