Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service;
Manage department responsibilities across Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results;
Oversee guest service to deliver a great customer experience, train staff, and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for best service;
Ensure kitchen delivers quality and fast service, that food is always safe, that food cost is controlled, and that all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new items added to the menu;
Hire, train, and schedule crew, and motivate them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals
