The Role

Shoe Palace is looking for Retail Sales Associates to help provide the best possible experience for our customers.

We employ highly motivated, dynamic, and upbeat individuals to create and maximize sales for each location, focusing on a team‑oriented environment.

18+ years old (16+ with appropriate work permits).

Must have open availability during the weekends.

Fun and outgoing.

Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes? Perfect! A desire to work hard and be successful. Be driven! If talking to everyone comes naturally, awesome.

Preferred: customer service experience, experience in selling athletic shoes a plus.

Store Associate pay range: $10.00 - $10.00 per hour. This role will be eligible for the company 401K plan.
