Your Missions:
Integrated into the VM team of one of our Fashion boutiques, you are a true guarantor of the boutique's image, participating in the staging of collections with the team in charge of VM.
Your missions are as follows:
- You ensure that the display and windows are always in accordance with the guidelines through your daily eye: inform, replace, and add missing products as necessary. Every detail counts.
- You work in advance with the VM team on the preparations for in-store scenography rotations
- You participate in in-store rotations and window display changes
- You ensure that product labeling is in accordance with visual rules
- You communicate to the sales teams any changes in display zones if necessary
- You are attentive to the needs of the boutique teams to participate in the optimization of sales
- You communicate spontaneously with the VM team, to share photos of your changes, requests from floor managers…
- You participate in the installation of VM animations within the boutique
- You participate in the management of price displays
- You participate in the sorting of VM stock, its inventory, and the follow-up of VM tools deliveries.
- Visual Merchandising work on all product lines and the application of merchandising rules in accordance with the image expectations.
Profile Sought:
With higher education, you have one or more experiences in Luxury Boutique, in Visual Merchandising and/or Sales.
With a solid fashion culture, you are creative and have an increased visual sensitivity, as well as a great sense of detail.
You are able to show concentration, discretion, and resistance to stress.
Your abilities of initiative, your rigor, and your agility will be essential to the success of your missions.
You know how to work in a team, show benevolence, and adapt to your work environment.

To facilitate your integration into the House, you will benefit from an integration program, including training on the history and products of the House.
You will deepen your Retail knowledge, and develop your communication by evolving in contact with several services of the Europe region.
