Within the Retail department of Cartier France, you will participate in the creation and implementation of various projects to optimize the performance of the boutiques and improve their daily operations.

You will support the Retail Operations team through the following missions:

• Contribution to the continuous improvement of retail tools
• Incarnate the role of local reference on three digital applications (product catalog, stock search, cash handling)
• Guarantee adoption by the boutique teams
• Guarantee training of the boutique teams
• Manage incidents
• Test new features in collaboration with technical teams
• Develop and test new tools and methods

• Participate in the animation of the Retail Operations community (Operations Managers & cashier-stockists)
• Contribute to the organization of monthly meetings and two annual seminars
• Animate the communication channels of the community (important information, emergencies, etc.)
• Help the boutiques in the preparation of their annual audits
• Ensure the operational tasks of our perimeter (management of the stock of certain consumables, etc.)

• Production of analyses & KPIs
• Produce monthly ops reports / KPIs
• Reflect on the construction of new tools & reports
• Contribute to ad-hoc analyses for top management

Desired profile:

Education:

student in a business school, engineering school, University Bac +4/+5.
• Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• First experience in the retail sector is an asset
• Strong sensitivity to the universe of the Maison
• Responsiveness, curiosity and synthesis spirit
• Team spirit, enthusiasm, force of proposal

One-year internship available starting September 2026.
