We are looking for seasoned resale professionals & buyers with significant experience in the secondhand resale clothing industry. Previous experience with a high‑volume retail store or another resale store is strongly preferred. We seek motivated individuals who are passionate about sustainable fashion.

• Participate in sorting, evaluating, and buying gently used brand‑name clothing, accessories, and shoes from customers.
• Provide excellent customer service through brand and style knowledge.
• Work with your team to keep the buy counter and sales floor organized.
• Engage in sales and customer service to shoppers.

• Must live, eat, and breathe fashion.
• Knowledge of young‑adult fashion and brands plus designer and vintage apparel.
• Amazing organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Desire to have a career and grow with the company.

• Open and close the store by following the assigned task list.
• Supervise staff and coach, train, and motivate team members.
• Lead by example to demonstrate high values and service.
• Maintain a fresh, visually enticing, clean, and well‑organized store beyond customer expectations.
• Assisting management and ownership with running the store.
• Excellence at sales, inventory management, housekeeping, and all other in‑store tasks.

• Team player with good leadership and people skills.
• Strong coaching, customer service, and selling skills with a take‑charge mentality.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Outwardly display a high level of energy without the need for motivation.

Compensation: $12.00 per hour. Competitive and based on experience, with opportunity for advancement.
