Ensure the optimal availability of perfume and cosmetic products on the selective distribution network, by piloting the procurement flows and stocks in compliance with service, cost and quality objectives.

• Procurement Flows And Supplier Management
  • Analyze procurement needs for finished products, bulk and merchandising elements
  • Place, follow and adjust supplier orders
  • Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines and quantities
  • Anticipate and secure product launches, commercial animations and seasonal high points (St. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas)
  • Manage supplier delivery disputes
• Stock Management And Optimization
  • Define and maintain management parameters (safety stocks, reorder thresholds)
  • Pilot stock levels in line with budget objectives
  • Identify risks of stockouts and overstock and implement associated action plans
  • Contribute to the update of the product life cycle
• Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Purchasing, Marketing, and Retail teams
  • Be the main contact for logistics platforms in your area
  • Be the relay of supplier collaboration
• Performance Analysis And Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance indicators (service rate, overall availability rate)
  • Produce regular reports for internal and external contacts
• Continuous Improvement And Projects
  • Identify areas for improvement in flows and processes
  • Participate in supply chain projects (tools, organization, data reliability)
  • Be a driving force in optimizing overall performance

Key Skills

• Mastery of flows and stock management
• Advanced ERP and Excel (TCD, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Rigor, reactivity, communication and collaborative spirit
• Operational English

Education:

Bachelor's degree minimum in logistics, supply chain or equivalent

Experience:

Minimum 2 to 5 years of confirmed experience in flow management, procurement or supply planning

Experience in selective distribution, perfumes and cosmetics or retail is a plus.
