In the framework of the partnership between Richemont and EMA SUP Paris, we offer you to join the next promotion Richemont Retail Génération in alternation starting from September 2026 and follow a Retail "incubator" path to deepen your knowledge of the retail trades (sales assistant, customer service & hospitality assistant, after-sales service assistant) within one of our boutiques of the Maisons Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Buccellati, Montblanc, Delvaux, Jaeger-le Coultre.
What will be your role?
- Welcome, identify the needs and orient a local and international clientele
- Participate in the development of the turnover and the achievement of objectives
- Fidelisate the customers by embodying the values of our Luxury Houses
- Contribute to the management of stocks/restocks
- Participate in the implementation of merchandising recommendations
- Participate in managerial meetings and in the active life of the boutique
What are the keys to your success within our group?
- With a level BAC+2 (or level
5) or BAC (level
4) with minimum 2 years of successful professional experiences in Retail, you are from diverse trainings - You have a real attraction for the customer experience and the Retail in the luxury universe and you wish to invest yourself within an exceptional House in a dynamic and stimulating environment
- Sense of service, agility, attentive to a neat presentation
- Conversational English
- Your team spirit, your curiosity and your involvement will allow you to carry out your missions.
The advantages of the EMA SUP Paris training:
- The opportunity to join one of the Richemont group Houses during 12 months accompanied by an alternation training in the framework of a work contract (apprenticeship contract and/or professionalization)
- The preparation of the State recognized certification "Responsible of commercial development mode, luxury, beauty" of level 6. (Bac +3).
- An active and participative training provided by professionals accompanied by workshops "words of experts" created and animated by the employees of the Richemont group Houses.
