Your Missions:

Integrated into one of our Fashion boutiques, your main missions will be the following:

• Assist the Service Clients Manager (Customer Service) on a daily basis
• Welcome our local and international clients in the boutique offering them an excellent service during the deposits and withdrawals of items
• Transform a dissatisfied client into a loyal one with your relationship skills
• Advise clients on the appropriate care for each type of item
• Participate in the operational management of the Customer Service: follow the repairs in progress (computerized registration of common repairs, follow-up of the sending to our workshops, control of the items upon return, writing of letters, telephone contacts…)
• Help with the realization of small repairs in Boutique

Profile Sought:

Student in higher education in commerce and management, you have a first experience in the Retail (sales, stock management,...) or management field. Interested in fashion, you wish to evolve in the world of Retail. You master English and computer tools. Your dynamism and rigor associated with your sense of service will be indispensable assets to carry out your missions.

You will deepen your Retail knowledge, and develop your communication by evolving in contact with several services of the Europe region. On the occasion of events, you will join a Community of Young Talents and thus build your professional network.
