Intern Stock Assistant

Since its creation in 1952 by Gaby Aghion, Parisian Maison, Chloé, has championed a vision of liberated and free femininity. One that could accompany women in their newly freer daily lives, allowing for freedom of movement.

Under the current creative direction of Chemena Kamali, the Maison is writing a new chapter in its history. True to Gaby Aghion's legacy, we place our clients at the heart of everything we undertake, whether through the quality of our creations or the attention paid to their experience with the Maison, which aims to be unique and memorable.

Nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) Stockiste pour assister la boutique Rue Saint-Honoré dès septembre 2026.

• Assists with the verification and maintenance of the accuracy of the in-store stock and participates in the organization of weekly/monthly rotating inventories.
• Contributes to the effective organization of the reserve and stocks in the sales area, and ensures their impeccable condition at all times of the day.
• Assists with the proper reception of deliveries from the central warehouse and participates in the checks upon receipt.
• Learns the procedures for managing and tracking the transfers of stock between stores or stocks sent for commercial activities (deposit sales, photo sessions, private sales, etc.).
• Assists with the organization of end-of-season returns.

• Participates in morning team briefings to understand and assimilate important operational information.
• Provides assistance and follows up on stock requests from stylists if necessary (runner stock).
• Learns to communicate proactively about daily deliveries and stock updates with the team.
• Assists with the compilation and sharing of inventory results, deposit sales issues, and any other relevant topics with the financial team.
• Discovers best practices and issues encountered by other stores.
• Participates actively in the community of stock managers and operations, sharing best practices, asking questions, and offering support.

• Assists with the tracking and management of all shipping documents/VAT documents.
• Supports the stock manager in the formalization and updating of the boutique's operational procedures (stocks, cash register, security).
• Provides administrative support to the team for the booking of couriers, deliveries, and transfers.
• Provides operational support to the store regarding orders for supplies (customer beverages, cleaning products, PPE, packaging…).
• Assists the stock manager to ensure perfect compliance with Richemont processes.

• You are a Master's student.
• You speak English fluently.
• You are curious, adaptable, and dynamic.
• You have previous experience in stock management.
• Any proficiency in an additional foreign language is a plus.
