Job Description

Working in a high-end environment, you will be an ambassador for the Max&moi House, with excellent commercial and relationship skills.

Reporting to the retail manager, you contribute to the achievement of the boutique's turnover and ensure customer satisfaction.

The main duties are as follows:

• Advise and retain our local and international clientele
• Present the products and the universe of the House to customers
• Identify customer needs
• Be a force of proposal concerning the product offer
• Finalize sales
• Contribute to the development of the brand image by offering a unique and prestigious service in respect of the directions of the management
• Ensure the good management of the boutique (merchandising, cleanliness…) by ensuring the respect of the standards of the House
• Ability to take charge of the opening and closing of sales points
• Development of turnover and performance indicators
• Ability to support and assist the boutique manager.

Profile Sought

With higher education, you have significant experience of at least two years in the sale of the luxury and fashion world.

You master the codes of luxury and are passionate about fashion and trends. You have a solid knowledge of materials and cuts.

You are dynamic, involved, enthusiastic, versatile and like team work

Fluency in English is indispensable

An impeccable presentation and oral expression are required for this position
