IWG currently has openings for "Processor" working within our Inside Sales Team. The Processor will help to support the sales team via report reviews, audits, enquiry reviews, and other administrative tasks assigned by the manager.

• Review leads submitted by form fills to determine if they are viable new enquiries and process them
• Work efficiently and effectively in line with company procedures and guidelines, delivering good results to support the sales team in achieving targets
• Review spreadsheets to help audit lead quality.
• Support sales in creation of multi deals
• Various duties assigned by management
• Submit and follow up on tickets
• Monitor and maintain various sales and service inboxes

• Professional and clear communication skills both verbal and written
• 'Can-do' attitude; demonstrates positive attitude toward others; will assist in all areas as needed.
• Works well in both a team environment and doing tasks solo for periods of time
• Strong Excel knowledge.
• Maintains high productivity/high energy level.
• Flexibility to work the hours required.
• Ability to shift goals/focus when urgent matters arise
• Willingness to go beyond the job description to meet business goals.
