Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with all clients, including multinational customers and key accounts.
  • Build and manage a strong network of carriers.
  • Negotiate fair rates with carriers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery according to customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external contacts to communicate effectively and meet service goals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities, keeping customers' needs at the forefront.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to organize and track client information, correspondence, and relevant data.
  • Continuously learn and build industry-related skills to stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Earning Potential:
  • Commission/Draw (uncapped) – Earn 50% gross profit based on profit margins.
    First‑year sellers average $7K‑$10K in commission per month, Second‑year sellers earn $20K‑$40K per month and top sellers are taking home $70K+ per month

  • Payment Schedule
    :
    Bi‑weekly payroll.
  • Average Monthly Pay
    : $5‑10K
