As we continue expanding in the Dallas–Addison area, we are hiring immediately and looking for future leaders to join our team.
Role OverviewYou will support the event execution from the set up to breakdowns and branding. Learning the fundamentals of sales, customer engagement, and client representation. Through hands‑on training and mentorship, you’ll quickly progress into a leadership position where you’ll help manage a team, support recruitment, and contribute to business growth.
This position is ideal for individuals who are ambitious, competitive, and ready to step into leadership.
What You’ll Do- Represent clients and drive sales at live events and retail locations
- Learn to confidently engage customers and close deals
- Develop leadership skills through hands‑on training and mentorship
- Support team development, recruitment, and performance tracking
- Progress into a Sales Team Leader role based on performance
- Strong work ethic and desire to grow quickly

- Must be able to commute to Addison, TX daily
No experience required. Full training is provided.
