Account Manager
Fully Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
A growing, well‑established organization is seeking an
Account Managers to join their team. This role is not sales‑focused and is centered on managing client accounts, coordinating projects from start to finish, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers.
This is a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented role within a collaborative and tenured team environment. Ideal candidates are customer‑focused, organized, and eager to grow with a company that values long‑term success.
What You’ll Be Doing- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Handle order intake and guide customers through the full project lifecycle
- Support customers with design direction (no hands‑on design work required)
- Coordinate with external vendors to source materials and meet production timelines
- Track orders, manage deadlines, and ensure accuracy from start to finish
- Perform high‑volume data entry and order processing
- Communicate regularly with clients via email and phone
- Proactively troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to keep projects moving
Must‑Have Qualifications
- Professional experience in account management or a related client‑facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Account management, project coordination, or similar roles
- Experience working in deadline‑driven or operational environments
- Solutions‑oriented and able to think strategically
- Adaptable and comfortable working with a tenured team
- Ownership mentality — able to take projects and run with them independently
- Willing to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding organization
