New Home Sales Counselor

As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for facilitating the purchase of our newly constructed homes. This role involves engaging with prospective buyers, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the home-buying process.

Engage with prospective buyers, provide exceptional customer service, and guide clients through the home‑buying process while closely collaborating with marketing and development teams to showcase our properties and ensure a seamless, on‑brand experience.

• Ability to work in a demanding, fast‑paced, and team‑oriented setting.
• Desire to work in concert with an industry‑leading sales team and our highly experienced executive management team that consists of our VP of Marketing and CEO.
• Top‑producing sales record with a great personal attitude and strong morals and ethics.
• Self‑motivating individual who brings energetic, competitive, and genuine customer service to their community.
• Excellent ability to listen to buyers, understand their needs, and show eagerness to ensure their satisfaction in one of the most important investments.
• Effective writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency with technologically efficient processes is a must.
• Innovative and strategic marketing mindset with the goal of attracting buyers to your community.
• Ability to successfully manage and develop a full‑time, high‑performing sales assistant.
