About Our Sales Training Program

Our Account Manager in Training program is an opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their sales career to learn the industry under the direction of our account team.

As a member of the training program, you will learn all aspects of the sales and production cycle, maintain and build client relationships, and engage with current clients while independently pursuing new business development. You will have a sales management mentor and work closely with the sales support team—including project manager and account coordinator—on vendor communication, timelines, deliverables, and client production status reviews.

The program has successfully operated for five years and includes training, mentorship on new business development, and the opportunity to grow a client network.

Employees will be required to follow any job‑related instructions and perform any other duties requested by authorized personnel.
