Your Missions At Danone:

Within the Global Reward team, this apprenticeship will take place in Paris (75009), at our headquarters starting from September 2026.

The global reward team will support you to thrive in your missions:

• Animate our Reward community:
  Training, presentation, documentation (25%)
• Support in our annual compensation cycle (ASR & STI process): monitoring, data consolidation... (25%)
• Animate Post-Mortem: gather stakeholders feedback via survey/meeting and build an action plan to improve next year cycle (10%)
• Co-create global benefits policies:
  Global parental policy, Flexible benefits... (15%)
• Support in our Benefits projects & policies (building Global Prevention program, roll out of Caregiver policy, Cancer pledge, Travel & Expenses policy and Car policy) (10%)
• Support in our Compensation project:
  Living wage, European directive, Benchmarking (Mercer survey, …) (5%)
• Analyze data & Reporting (Global Prevention program; quarterly audit, data quality checks...) (10%)

The Benefits Of This Apprenticeship/Internship:

• Develop your skills in compensation & benefits
• Up to 2 days/week of remote work
• Working in Global reward team will allow you to work with an international team and learn about compensation and benefits practices across different countries, understanding how to navigate and comply with various local regulations.
• Apprenticeship:
  Your salary will depend on our apprentice salary grid, based on your age and level of education.

About You:

• Available from September for a duration of 12 months
• You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business school or engineering school
• Appetences: curious, communication skills, adaptability
• Language :
  Do you speak English ? We need someone who is fluent
• Softwares : you feel comfortable with Excel and Power point
