Job DescriptionAs an ambassador for the Maison ALAÏA, you represent the Maison through its values, history, and DNA. You know how to create an exceptional experience for our clients.
1. Mastery of personalized customer experience
- Offer an exceptional customer experience by embodying the values, history, and DNA of the Maison Alaïa.
- Perfectly master the customer journey (welcome, advice, loyalty) by providing an expert presentation of the collections and products.
2. Strategic development of clientele
- Recruit, retain, and develop a prestigious local and international clientele.
- Build and manage a solid client portfolio by personalizing each interaction (VIP visits, phone calls, private appointments).
3. Piloting commercial performance indicators
- Analyze key indicators (sales, CRM) proactively to achieve the boutique's ambitious objectives.
- Collaborate closely with management to adjust sales strategies based on trends and performance.
4. Rigorous management of stocks and merchandising
- Ensure effective stock management by respecting internal procedures and anticipating commercial needs.
- Ensure respect and application of VM guidelines.
- Engage in after-sales activities and ensure impeccable service at every stage of the customer journey.
5. Engagement in the life of the boutique
- Ensure a neat and compliant presentation reflecting the brand's excellence.
- Participate in the preparation of sales reports, share relevant analyses with managers.
You have at least 3 years of successful experience as a Sales Advisor in a luxury fashion boutique. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset. You are curious, open-minded, proactive, and demonstrate a strong team spirit. You are sensitive to art, design, and have a pronounced fashion and haute couture culture. Mastery of English and French languages is indispensable, an additional language would be appreciated.
