Your next challenge

Within a team of five, your objective is to contribute to the development and retention of prospect and client portfolios in the Middle Market segment.

Your main duties

In collaboration with Sales Support Manager, your main duties will be:

• Ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty in liaison with the relevant services
• Assisting Sales Teams in daily client relations: conversion, migration, call nurturing campaigns, account creation, quotes, and account setup
• Supporting clients and Sales Teams during the deployment and onboarding of new clients
• Supporting Sales Teams on action plans and development
• Optimizing agendas, making client and prospect appointments
• Assisting Sales Teams in providing necessary statistics for their management
• Executing tasks inherent to various internal processes

Your main contacts will be:

External:
Middle Market prospects and clients

Internal:
All company services, particularly Commercial, Customer Service Center (customer service), CFO, and Marketing.

Your profile

• You have an excellent level of written and verbal communication
• You are proficient with sales tools: mainly Salesforce and Excel
• You demonstrate strong autonomy and a solution-oriented approach
• You have an affinity for digital tools
• You have good interpersonal skills to work with different stakeholders and across departments (Sales Teams, Commercial Direction, Marketing, etc.)
